FDE Islamabad E-Bid: Renovation of Laboratories in FDE Educational Institutions – Bid Closes 2026-09-07

Federal Directorate of Education (Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training) invites e-bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding valid PEC license for the renovation of laboratories in educational institutions of FDE, Islamabad.

Key Instructions & Eligibility

- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS version 2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submissions or submission on earlier EPADS versions will not be accepted.

- Interested firms must submit Technical and Financial proposals as per the RFP. Firms must be enlisted with PEC and possess valid PEC license as per the specified category.

- Bid security must be furnished as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, drawn on a scheduled bank. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded in EPADS and the original CDR submitted with the technical proposal; bids without CDR will be rejected. Cash/cheque is not acceptable.

- Authorized representatives participating in the tender opening must present an authority letter on company letterhead and original CNIC. The procuring agency may reject or accept bids in accordance with procurement rules.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PMU MoE F&P, Old PIM Building, G-7/1 Islamabad for clarifications.

- No bid will be accepted after the closing time. The tender is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) and FDE website (www.fde.gov.pk).
