Office of the District Police Officer, Chakwal invites sealed tenders from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments / Punjab Revenue Authority for procurement of goods and services for Financial Year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents are available on the E-Procurement Software and PPRA website.
Submission & opening times (for all lots): Last date & time for receiving tenders: 2026-08-31 up to 10:00 AM. Opening date & time: 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee. Bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Software system. The Procuring Agency may accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Successful bidders must comply with applicable Government taxes, duties and statutory obligations.
