RFP: Consultancy for Upgradation of District Jail to Central Prison, Kohat (ADP 951/250186)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, C&W Building Division Kohat (Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

Purpose: Request for Proposal to engage consulting firms for consultancy services for F/S and execution of additional works for upgradation of District Jail to Central Prison Kohat (Re-Tender). Selection will follow Quality cum Cost-Based Selection (QCBS).

Key instructions and conditions:

• Eligible consultants: approved short-listed consultants/firms of C&W Department.
• All bids must be prepared per the standard bidding documents and submitted electronically via EPADS.
• Firm selection method: QCBS as described in the standard bidding documents.
• All bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA.
• Technical bids will be opened electronically in the notified meeting by the Secretary, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Department, Peshawar; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.
• All required documents must be scanned and uploaded with the bid on EPADS.
