Tender: Solarization of Wildlife Facilities — Haripur Wildlife Division (EPADS)

Divisional Forest Officer, Haripur Wildlife Division (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Wildlife Department) invites sealed bids via the KPPRA Electronic Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms for solarization works under the project “10BTP Thapa Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Revised) — Wildlife Component”. Bidding will follow KPPRA Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://portal.kppra.gkp.pk/) and will be available on the KPPRA website. Completed documents must be uploaded through EPADS and a clear readable scanned copy of the tender documents must also be uploaded at the time of bidding.

- Firms/contractors must register on the EPADS portal prior to participation.

- The bid security (2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted in the shape of a CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of Divisional Forest Officer, Haripur Wildlife Division, from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

- Bidders must upload scanned copies of required documents and submit original documents where specified. Cutting/overwriting in bidding documents is not acceptable. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.

- Mandatory documents include (as applicable): proof of company registration, copy of CNIC, proof of active registration with taxation authorities, affidavit of non-involvement in court matters or blacklisting, and any other documents required by EPADS/ the bidding documents.

- All applicable taxes will be deducted according to government directives and prevailing rules.

- The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
