MES (PAF) Peshawar Notice of Tender — Provision of Facilities (10 Packages)

Military Engineer Services, Office of CMES (PAF) Peshawar invites sealed tenders in light of PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) locations. Tenders will be issued only to firms/contractors who demonstrate sufficient relevant experience and meet the stated conditions.

Key submission & issue details:

Deadline for receipt of tenders: 1130 Hours on 2026-09-18. Tenders will be opened at 1200 Hours on the same date.

Eligibility & documentation:

Firms/contractors must submit their applications with complete credentials. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience in relevant field and who satisfy other special conditions. Firms must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no special report by the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is outstanding against them.

All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a valid copy of PEC registration; unregistered firms are ineligible to apply. Firms enlisted on MES approved lists in Categories A, B, C & D with sufficient experience may apply.
