Tender: Widening / Rehabilitation of BT Road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjjar — Executive Engineer R&B Awaran

Executive Engineer Provincial R&B District Awaran invites electronic bids for the execution of a road improvement work under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) is mandatory for all bidders.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with the Pakistan / Balochistan authorities on the Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory. Bidders should have completed similar works and demonstrate financial capacity — a minimum aggregate turnover in recent years (documented) is required (the notice specifies prior turnover evidence). Submission must include required completion certificates, PEC registration where applicable, and bid security in prescribed form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit) as per the tender rules.
