Tender: Widening/Rehabilitation of B/T Road from Awaran Main Road to Lajnar Jhao (10 km)

Executive Engineer, C&W (Roads), District Awaran invites electronic bids for the execution of the following PSDP road work. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) is mandatory for all bidders. Procurement will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Eligibility: Bidders must be registered on the BPPRA electronic procurement system and comply with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required.
• Financial/experience requirements: Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity and relevant experience in similar works (detailed eligibility criteria in bidding documents).
• Bid security should be submitted as specified in the tender (Call Deposit from a scheduled bank or equivalent).
• Tender documents and bidding instructions are available through the e-procurement portal and may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W (Roads), District Awaran on payment of the tender fee.
• Only electronic submission is allowed. Follow the Electronic Public Procurement System procedures for submission and opening of bids.
