Tender: Framework Contract for Dietary & Food Items – Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Lahore Division

Divisional Director, Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab (Lahore Division) invites sealed electronic tenders for a Framework Contract (Technical + Financial) under PPRA Rules 2014 for supply of dietary/food items to its institutions. Eligible GST-registered firms may download bidding documents and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system as specified in the tender documents.

Eligibility & key conditions: Only reputed GST-registered firms may apply. Bids must follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted as per the single-stage two-envelope procedure; financial proposals will be opened only for technically responsive bidders. Electronic bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form specified in the tender documents. Hard copies will not substitute for online submission and will not be accepted in lieu of e-submission unless stated otherwise in the tender document.
