Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable and financially sound firms/suppliers/dealers for the procurement of pots and planters of various sizes on an annual framework contract basis. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage — Two Envelope Procedure).
Key instructions: bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal, submit required bid security (2%), inspect terms and specifications (TORs) before submitting, and note that only technically qualified bids will have their financial proposals opened. The agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
