E-Auction Notice — Municipal Shops/Stalls (Tehsil Municipal Administration, Charsadda)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Charsadda. Online e-auction for municipal shops/stalls/leases will be held through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa local government e-auction portal. Interested bidders must participate via the e-Auction system and comply with the advertised terms and conditions, including deposit of the required advance/earnest money and execution of the agreement by the successful bidder.

Key instructions: bidders must register and submit bids through the LG e-Auction portal (cmis.lgkp.gov.pk). Failure to deposit the advance amount or execute the agreement within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the earnest money.
