Registrar, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda issues a final notice directing Mr. Jalandar Khan, Office Assistant (BPS-16), to resume his official duties within 15 days from the date of publication.
Mr. Jalandar Khan has been willfully absent from duty with effect from 2026-03-12 without prior approval. A Show Cause Notice (No. 4710/EST/Reg/BKU/2026) dated 2026-07-27 was served; the Efficiency & Disciplinary Committee reviewed the reply at its meeting held on 2026-08-06 and found it unsatisfactory.
Failure to comply will result in ex-parte proceedings and may lead to imposition of the major penalty of removal from service under Section 4(5) of the Employees Efficiency & Discipline Statutes-2016 of Bacha Khan University, Charsadda.
