How to apply and bid requirements:
- Bidding documents, specifications and terms are available from the Medical Superintendent's office during working hours or can be downloaded from the EPAD (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal) system.
- All bids must be typed on original firm letterhead, signed on each page, stamped and submitted in both hard and electronic form as required. Handwritten bids will be rejected.
- E-bids must be uploaded on EPAD and the physical Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for the bid security must reach the Medical Superintendent's office by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-23. CDR should be in favor of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital, Timergara, Dir Lower.
- Item 1 will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope (technical & financial). Technical envelopes will be opened on 2026-09-23; financial envelopes of technically acceptable bidders will be opened later as per procedure.
Additional conditions:
- Proprietary certificates should be attached where applicable.
- Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.
- Firms/suppliers must be registered with KPRA/FBR where applicable.
- Separate bids must be submitted for each listed item/service. Separate quotations/bids will be considered during the evaluation process.
- Successful bidder(s) will be required to sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper with the Medical Superintendent.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Clause-47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
