E-Tender: Construction & Installation of Precast Concrete Parabolic (PCP) Watercourses — Ghazi University, D.G. Khan

Issuing authority: Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan. Notification No. SOH-V/[CBW]1-49/2023/3652 dated 2023-05-26. Open e-tendering is invited from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (with amendments).

Key conditions: contractors must register on the Punjab e-procurement portal and submit a 5% bid security electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system. No physical financial instruments (including Call Deposit Receipts) will be accepted. Bidders must quote rates online on an item-rate basis against each BOQ item and fully complete rate analysis pages; incomplete financial bids (blank DNIT/DOQs or blank rate-analysis pages) will be declared non-responsive as per PPRA circular.

The system will not permit bid submission unless the prescribed bid security is generated and submitted electronically.

Eligibility & compliance: PEC registration in relevant category; follow PPRA Rules 2014 and referenced PPRA circulars. Note: in case of declared holidays the next working day will be considered for receipt/opening of tenders.
