Energy and Power Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) for hiring consultancy services to conduct a feasibility study and support the establishment of the "Pakhtunkhwa Electric Power Distribution Company." The study must cover all strategic phases of power distribution including intra-provincial operational and structural aspects, inter-linkages with federal and provincial entities, and regulatory and licensing frameworks in accordance with the TORs.
Proposals will be evaluated on a Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and processed under Rule 23(b) of KPPRA Rules 2014.

RFPs must be filled neatly and a clear scanned copy uploaded at time of application through EPADS. Bidders should follow KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O(26)/vol-1-37/2024-25 dated 2025-06-24. In case of a public holiday or technical issue with EPADS on the bid opening date, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time.
