Rawalpindi Women University Tender for Hiring Janitorial Services – bids due 2026-08-17

Issuer: Rawalpindi Women University. Tender No: IFB/Tender No. RWU/P&S/2026-27/01. Rawalpindi Women University invites e-bids (bulk, package-wise) through the Punjab e-Procurement System for provision of services. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Submission and opening: Submit e-bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:30 AM on 2026-08-17. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security and hard-copy requirements: Bid security of PKR 444,000 must be submitted through Bank of Punjab (online) as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement Portal in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. Originals of an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper, plus copies of Income Tax certificate, GST and/or PST certificates (where applicable) showing active status, and a valid Professional Tax Certificate must be submitted. The hard copy of the bid and the hard copy of bid security must be placed in a sealed envelope and deposited in the bid box at the University premises before the closing date and time. All submitted copies must be properly attested.

Timing and publication: Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website (published 2026-07-30).

Other: The University management may reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
