Tender No. 32/2026 — Construction of Storage Shed at Ronghan, D.G. Khan

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from prequalified/enlisted and security-wise cleared civil contractors for construction of a storage shed at Ronghan, D.G. Khan. Completion period: 06 months.

Tender documents are available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs), Monday to Friday, from the issuing office in Islamabad. Issuance of tender documents will close one day before the bid opening date. Tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.

Key instructions:

• Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the work on the envelope.
• Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the name of the work on the envelope.
• Rates must be written in figures and words; in case of conflict, the words will prevail.
• Tender will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means.
• The competent authority may reject any or all bids; incomplete bids may be treated as non-responsive.
• The Tender Evaluation Committee may request analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonability and workability.
