District Council Rawalpindi invites bids on the EP (e-procurement) system for maintenance & rehabilitation (M&R) schemes for Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and Punjab e-procurement portals. Submission must be made via the EP system by the closing date. Bids will be opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
Key instructions: submission and opening date/time are fixed; rates must be quoted item-wise on the EP system as per PPRA rules; overwriting, doubling, cutting, tempering, doubtful and incomplete bids will be rejected. If the lowest quoted rates are more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security with a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice, otherwise 5% earnest money may be forfeited and re-tendering initiated. Contractors are responsible for site safety signage and protection of assets. Tender details are also available on PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites.
