KMU Tender Notice: Janitorial Services and Equipment Purchases (Bid Deadline 2026-09-16)

Issuer: Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar. KMU invites sealed tenders from registered firms/contractors/parties (registered with KPRA/FBR Active Taxpayers List) for hiring services and purchase of equipment for KMU campuses.

How to apply: All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADeS (e-Procurement / Acquisition & Disposal System). Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.

Bid submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 11:00 AM on 16/09/2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 16/09/2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07/09/2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of KMU.

Bid security: For Janitorial Services a bid security of Rs. 500,000/- is required. For equipment tenders a bid security of 2% (in the shape of CDR) is required. Bid securities must be uploaded on e-PADeS and the original CDRs submitted to the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee before the e-bid submission deadline.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered and on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR & KPRA and comply with Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department requirements of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and other relevant documents are available on e-PADeS (www.eproc.gov.pk). Only bidders registered on e-PADeS are eligible to participate.
