PESCO Request for Bids – PMU-7 Line/Transformer CTs & 132kV Isolator; PMU-8 ACSR Rail Conductor

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the supply of goods planned under FY 2026-27. Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must include the required bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee and the original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before the closing time.

- Original bid security: Submit to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before the closing date and time; late or missing original security will lead to rejection.

- Procurement rules: Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guidance apply. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement.
