Annual Rate Contract Notice – Motor Transport (SSP), Quetta, Balochistan

Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Balochistan, Quetta invites eligible firms to apply for Annual Rate Contracting for supply of items for Motor Transport under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Bids can be submitted electronically via the ePPS system or by manual submission where applicable. Bids will be processed under public procurement provisions.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements (summary):

• Assignments of similar nature and complexity (experience requirement).
• Registered and active on the Active Taxpayers List.
• Valid Sales Tax registration / Sales Tax Certificate.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
• Registration / incorporation / relevant registration certificates.
• Submission of income tax returns for the last three years (as applicable) and proof of tax compliance.
• Other standard bidding documents and supporting certificates as per tender document.
