Tender: Purchase & Installation of Water Treatment Plant, Automatic Bottle Filling Packing System & Industrial Inkjet Printer – Khyber Medical University, Peshawar

Issuer: Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar. KMU invites electronic bids for supply, installation and commissioning of listed equipment from manufacturers, importers or authorized dealers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and KPRA and appearing on the ACTIVE TAX PAYERS LIST OF FBR & KPRA.

Key submission and participation requirements:

- Submission method: Electronic submission only via the E-PAIDS (Acquisition & Disposal System) portal. Manual/hard-copy bid submission is not acceptable except for original bid security as noted below.

- Deadline for e-bid submission: 2026-09-18 by 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-09-18 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-04 at 11:00 AM in the Director ORIC office.

- Bid security: 2% of the bid in the shape of a CDR in favor of "Director ORIC KMU" must be uploaded on E-PAIDS and the original CDR (hard copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee, KMU, before the e-bid submission deadline. Failure to provide the original bid security by the deadline will result in rejection of the bid.

- Only bidders registered on E-PAIDS are eligible to participate. Relevant terms, specifications and other details are available on the E-PAIDS portal and KMU procurement website.
