C&W Highway Division Lower Dir Tender – Access Roads to New Tourist Sites (EPADS)

Scope & Eligibility: Multiple civil works packages for access/upgrade of roads to tourist sites. Bidders must be registered with PEC and meet the required PC/ED category (C-2 & above as specified). Bid security in prescribed form (CDR/Bank Guarantee) and other documentary requirements (KPRA, PEC, power of attorney, CNIC, technical staff details, etc.) must be submitted as per the tender documents.
