Tender: Licensing / Outsourcing of Ancillary Services at Girls' Cadet College, Dera Ismail Khan

Girls' Cadet College, Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed competitive bids (lot-wise) under Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure from eligible and experienced individuals, firms or service providers for licensing/outsourcing of ancillary services for cadets and staff.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-04 (Friday) at 10:00 AM. Venue: Office of the DD Finance, Girls' Cadet College, Dera Ismail Khan.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-14 (Monday) by 02:00 PM. Bid opening: 2026-09-14 (Monday) at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Deputy Commissioner Office, Dera Ismail Khan. Bids received after the stipulated date & time will not be entertained.

Key terms & conditions: Bidders may participate in one or more lots; each lot evaluated and awarded separately. Lots 1 & 2: successful bidder to pay the college quoted annual license fee on a monthly basis subject to prescribed minimum/reserve in the BSDs. Lots 3 & 4: contract/license fee governed by BSD provisions. Bid security: 2% of the total annual license fee quoted, in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Demand Draft (DD)/Pay Order/Bankers Cheque in the name of "Principal, Girls' Cadet College, DI Khan." Initial contract period: One (01) year, extendable based on performance and approval of Competent Authority.
