Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (Government of the Punjab) invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) from firms registered with relevant authorities for procurement of generator sets. Tender is for three generator sets to support Environmental Complex projects in Punjab.

Submission & deadlines: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eProc) only. Submission deadline: 2026-08-26 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day on 2026-08-26 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid validity: 120 days.
Bid security & procedure: Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Bid security must be submitted via the digital banking facility in the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels, then uploaded with the technical bid. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed as per PPRA rules. Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids per PPRA rules.
