Issuing Authority: Section Officer (Welfare-I), Services & General Administration Department (S&GA&D), Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
Purpose: Hiring of janitorial, security and technical staff services for Tower-C at the Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi. Procurement will be conducted by e-bids submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/General Order Service Providers registered in relevant authorities and with Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) may submit bids. E-bids must be accompanied by bid security of the estimated price in the name of Section Officer (Welfare-I), S&GAD, and in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
Submission & Opening (e-Procurement): Complete e-bids must be submitted online at the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Schedule: e-Bid submission deadline 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM; e-Bid opening 2026-08-28 at 01:00 PM. Original bid security instrument must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session.
