Tender: Procurement of Equipment for Newly Established Testing Facilities (Punjab)

Issuer: Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab under ADP scheme titled "Procurement of Equipments for Newly Established Testing Facilities." E-bids are invited from well-reputed firms/Government contractors registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) through open competitive bidding.

Key submission and bidding information:

- Bids will be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS / eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids shall be received from 01-08-2026 on ePADS and will be opened on 31-08-2026 at 12:30 PM in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).

- The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage – Double Envelope Procedure.

- Lowest evaluated responsive bidder for a complete Lot will be awarded the work. Bidders must submit required documents/terms and conditions (TORs). Any clarifications required will be addressed by the procuring authority.

- Successful bidder shall provide a Performance Guarantee up to 3% of the work order amount in favour of the Directorate.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, and to cancel the tender as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.

- Interested bidders should register and participate via the e-Procurement portal. Response time shall be calculated from date of publication on the PPRA website.
