Public Notice: Inheritance Transfer of Plot S/09, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat

The Senior Estate Manager of Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore gives notice that Plot S/09 (area 02 Kanal 13 Marla 150 sq. ft.) is subject to inheritance transfer proceedings pursuant to a court decree dated 2022-04-16. The decree names the legal heirs as Shahana Mazhar, Bilal Siddiqui, Hamza Siddiqui, Zaid Siddiqui, Waris Siddiqui and Ayesha Siddiqui; Shahana Mazhar has reportedly relinquished her share in favour of Ayesha Siddiqui.

The legal heirs have filed an application with the estate office, submitting a certified copy of the court decision, to transfer title by inheritance. Anyone claiming any right or interest in the property must submit a written claim to the estate office at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat within seven (7) days of this notice.
