Notice: Trademark & Copyright Infringement — REWARI Sweet Mart (Multan)

Ali & Associates, acting for their clients Rewari Sweet Mart (registered at Hussain Agahi Road, Multan), announce that the trade name, logo and packaging under the mark REWARI are protected under the Trade Mark Ordinance 2001 and the Copyright Ordinance 1962. Rewari Sweet Mart states it has marketed sweets and related products under this mark for 65 years and enjoys distinctive goodwill and reputation.

The firm warns that certain individuals in Multan are illegally using the REWARI name, logo and packaging to sell substandard products. Those responsible are ordered to cease the unlawful use immediately; otherwise legal action including police measures, arrests, seizure of goods and court claims under the cited ordinances will be pursued. The notice is issued by Ali & Associates (Noman Ali Khan), legal counsel for Rewari Sweet Mart.
