Auction: Canteen (Tuck Shop) & Parking Services — THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa (Dr. Mirza Muhammad Ashraf). Auction for operation of the tuck shop / main canteen / cafeteria and parking services for financial year 2026-27.

Submission and bid documents must be submitted in person to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. Original CNIC, tender receipt and Call Deposit Receipt (earnest money) are required to participate. Call Deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot; the CDR of the first highest bidder will be retained until contract maturity.

Key conditions:

• Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN/STRN.
• Contract period commences on signing and will expire on 2027-06-30.
• Payments are to be made quarterly. The first quarter payment must be submitted within two weeks from issuance of the award letter; delay will incur a fine of 5% per day and non-payment will lead to immediate cancellation.
• Successful bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.
• Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the submitted warranty amount.
• Hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers under PPRA 2014 (as amended) Rule 35(1) and Auction (Collection Right) Rules, 2016.
• On award, bidder must vacate existing canteen/parking premises within 15 days if required; such action shall not be challenged in court.
• Food and beverages must comply with Punjab Food Authority standards. Contractor is responsible for cleanliness and sanitation; a penalty of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for each verified complaint about unhygienic conditions.
• Contractor must dispose of canteen waste at the place designated by the hospital and submit valid Police Verification and Medical Fitness certificates for all canteen staff; staff working without required certificates will render the contractor liable to penalties.
