Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division Auction Notice for Vending Stalls, Restaurants, Coolie & Car Parking Contracts – Aug 2026

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi (Divisional Commercial Officer: Dr. Abida Mariam Lodhi). Open public auction for allotment of vending stalls, restaurants, coolie contracts and car parking at various stations in Rawalpindi Division. Application forms, terms and bidding conditions available from the Divisional Commercial Office.

Key application fees (non-refundable): Restaurant & Coolie Contract Rs.5,000; Vending Stalls Rs.3,000; Car Parking Rs.10,000. Forms available until one day before the auction for Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Taxila, Havelian & Haripur; for other stations forms may be obtained up to the day of auction (up to 10:00 hours).

Contract periods: Stalls & Restaurants: 3 years (with option +2 years); Coolie contract: 1 year (with option +1 year); Car Parking: 1 year.

Security / performance deposit: Successful bidders must furnish the required bid security/performance guarantee (CDR or as prescribed) and deposit 30% of the offered bid amount as specified in the auction terms. Unsuccessful bidders’ CDRs will be returned as per procedure. New stalls will be constructed on a uniform design and construction cost/conditions apply as described in the terms.
