- Forms available until one day before the auction for Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Taxila, Havelian & Haripur. For other stations, forms can be obtained up to the day of auction (up to 10:00 hours).
- Contract durations: Stalls & Restaurants: (3 + 2) years; Coolie contract: (1 + 1) year; Car parking: 1 year.
- Deposit/earnest money: Each bidder must submit an original CDR in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi, equivalent to 10% of the bid (as per auction terms).
- Successful bidders must complete required formalities and deposits as instructed by the Divisional Commercial/Accounts Office before issuance of allotment.
