THQ Hospital Samundri invites e-bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System from eligible bidders (registered pharmacies with valid license form No.9 within District Faisalabad, registered manufacturers, and authorized sales & service dealers) having valid NTN, GST/PRA registration for supply under framework contracts listed below. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 — Single Stage Two Envelope.

Submission requirements and schedule:
- All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
- Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded on a LOT-wise basis before or on 2026-09-02 by 09:00 AM.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-09-02 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated price must be paid online via the PSID-I link generated by the e-Procurement portal and must be successfully received before bid submission closing time.
- All bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-procurement portal as per PPRA rules.
- THQ Hospital Samundri will not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders preparing or delivering bids. If an official holiday falls on the closing date, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
