Health & Population Department Punjab — Invitation of E-Bids for Medical Equipment & Consumables (FY 2026-27)

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids (e-bids) for the procurement of medical machinery, diagnostic equipment and laboratory consumables for the financial year 2026-27. Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents and specifications from the listed websites and must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions:

• Bid submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must upload bids on the portal; hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated price. Bid security must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Physical financial instruments (e.g., CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted.
• Bidding will follow single stage — two envelops procedure as per Rule 38 (2) (a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Complete bids in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online.
• Bidding documents, detailed specifications and other information are available on the Punjab PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the DGHS/CDC Punjab website (https://www.dghs.punjab.gov.pk). Downloading of bidding documents is free of cost.
• Bidders are responsible for timely online submission. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
