Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab invites single-stage single-envelope tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for building works. Interested contractors/ firms enlisted with or renewable by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year specified and holding PEC Category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes CE-10 & ME-01 are eligible to bid. Contractors must produce the original PEC license/certificate showing category and specialized code.
