MES Tender Notice (GE Air Shahbaz) – Provision of Facilities at PAF Base

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of GE (AIR) SHAHBAZ). Invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works described as provision of certain facilities at a PAF Base.

Key instructions:

- Tender submission deadline: 1130 Hrs on 17 SEP 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same day.

- Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job and area.

- Contractors must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in litigation with any Government department and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them.

- All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Contractors on approved MES lists in categories 'A, B, C and O' and having relevant experience should apply.

- Prospective bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be handled as per Para 300 of PPRARules.
