Government of Balochistan, School Education Department invites applications for appointment as Project Director (PPS-9) on contract basis for the PMU for the project “Construction of Additional Rooms at Schools/Thoups/HTs/PMTs/CTs”.

| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education: specialization in B.S./B.E. in Engineering or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) or relevant fields from HEC-recognized institutions. Professional project management certification preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management; experience in public sector/PSDs and working knowledge of government project planning and management processes. Experience in Balochistan is an advantage. |
| Tenure | Initial appointment for two (02) years, extendable annually based on performance and project requirements. |
| Salary | As per PPS-9 and applicable government/Finance Division notifications. |
| Key Terms of Reference (summary) | Prepare and implement annual work plans; oversee project implementation, procurement, financial and physical progress; ensure compliance with PC-1 and donor/GoB requirements; monitor project staff and consultants; prepare regular progress and financial reports; ensure quality control and timely completion. |
| Application requirements | Detailed CV, copies of educational and experience credentials (attested), CNIC, domicile, 2 passport-size photos, and NOC where applicable (for government employees). |
