PUNJAB HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT invites sealed bids for multiple carriage-of-bitumen packages (drums/bulk by road) for various Highway Divisions. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Tender documents and details are available through the department/PPRA channels. Each bid must be accompanied by the required earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Mechanical Division, Lahore. Completion period for all packages is 1 year.
