Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms for Monitoring, Reporting & Verification (MRV) and greenhouse gas (GHG) verification services for the Karachi Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project under IBRD-8995-PK. The assignment covers verification/validation and MRV in accordance with Verra, Gold Standard, CDM and Article 6.4 standards. Selection will follow the Consultants’ Qualifications Selection (CQS) procedure. Joint ventures, associates and sub-consultants are permissible as per the terms of reference.
