PITB Invitation to Bid – Supply of 400 Call Center Agents for CM Complaint Helpline (CCC)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for procurement of services (contact center agents - outsourcing) for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Centre (CCC)” under framework contract (EGOV-10).

Key instructions and requirements:

- Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.

- Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.

- Financial and Technical separate bids: all required documents must be fully completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the Tender Document.

- Electronic submissions: bidders are required to register at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. For queries regarding registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System contact 1248.

- Income/taxes registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany the bids.

- Deadline for online submission: 1100 hours on 2026-08-31. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on 2026-08-31. Late submissions will not be considered.

- PITB may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, as provided under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
