Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Youth Affairs & Sports Department.
Procurement: E-bids on a lot basis are invited for the supply of various head items. Bids will be evaluated and contracts awarded separately for each lot. The procedure is single-stage, two-envelope (E-bids).
Eligibility & conditions:
- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax / Punjab sales tax authorities.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price is required (in the name of "Section Officer (General), Youth Affairs & Sports Department").
- Bid security must be furnished in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Late E-bids shall be rejected.
- Original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot and title, before E-bid submission.
- Complete E-bids must be submitted only on the Punjab e-Procurement System website.
