DHQ Hospital Landikotal Tenders (Medicine, Medical Gases, Stationery, etc.) — Submit by 2026-08-24

Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Landikotal (District Khyber) invites sealed bids under a framework contract through EPADS (KP-eProcure) using Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have income/sales tax reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and register on EPADS to obtain a user name and password.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of the advertisement until the last date for submission. The advertisement may also be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS with all mandatory documents and bid security; bids submitted by hand, post/courier, e-mail or fax will not be accepted. Original bid security in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in the name of DHQ Hospital Landikotal must be submitted in physical form.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. For works and consulting/non-consulting services, bidders shall be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Act 2022.

Last date for submission: 2026-08-24. Bid submission time: 01:00 pm; Bid opening time: 01:30 pm.

Submission method: Upload scanned bids and mandatory documents (including bid security) on EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Original CDR to be submitted physically in the name of DHQ Hospital Landikotal.
