Cantonment Board Wah Cantt: Notice of Intended Transfer of Inherited Property (Survey No. 118, Gulistan Colony)

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, gives notice that property bearing A-65, Survey No. 118, located in Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantt, registered in the name of Sikandar Khan son of Mohammad Saeed Khan (died 2022-05-17), with wife Rahmat Begum having died 2013-03-09, is the subject of succession. Succession document No. 1280/2022 dated 2023-01-23 records the legal heirs, and the named heirs have applied to transfer the property rights into their names (heirs named include Muhammad Sarfaraz Khan, Salahuddin, Shahabuddin Khan and others).

If anyone has any objection, it must be submitted to the Cantt Board office within 15 days of this publication with supporting evidence (by registered post or presented at the Cantonment Board office); otherwise action will be taken as per rules.
