Eligibility & submission: Sealed proposals are invited on a "Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure" from reputable courier service providers/firms that are on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR, registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax departments, and possessing GST/NTN and AGPR vendor numbers for "Provision of Storage & Courier Services." Instructions to Bidders (ITB) may be downloaded from the Ministry website (https://www.mofept.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://www.ppra.org.pk).
Deadlines & opening: Proposals must reach the office on or before 2026-09-02 by 10:00 a.m.; proposals will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 (amended).
