Capital Development Authority (Road Division-I) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council–registered firms (category C-6 or above) with Project Code CE-01 for 2026-27 for the improvement/rehabilitation of the approach road (IT Park) from Kumi Road to Zong HQ, Islamabad.
Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA E-PADS portal; a scanned Pay Order/CDR bid security (amount shown as Rs.703,725) must be uploaded and the original delivered to the Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. Deadline for online submission is 2026-07-30 at 11:30 hrs; bids will be opened at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Director Roads, CDA. Firms must be registered on E-PADS and provide attested PEC registration, CNIC and tax registration documents.
