NEC Pakistan Invitation for Bids — Purchase of RFSOC-Based Signal Processing Board (Case #1143/2026-27)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope) from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of the following item for FY 2026-2027. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by 1% earnest money in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit).

How to obtain bidding documents: Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing Terms & Conditions and specifications from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request on firm’s letterhead and payment of the non-refundable tender fee between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days. Bidding documents are also available on www.ppra.org.pk.

Additional instructions: Bidders are requested to quote their best and final prices. No negotiations on price will be allowed. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA Rules 2004.
