Bank AL Habib Tender: Sale of 46 Used Gensets — Sealed Bids (Inspection Aug 12–13, 2026)

Bank AL Habib Limited invites sealed bids for the sale of forty-six (46) used diesel generator sets (gensets) of various ratings. Prescribed tender forms are available free of cost at the inspection locations listed below.

Submission, payment & important dates

- Submit sealed bids on the prescribed Tender Form (available free at the inspection locations).

- Bids must be accompanied by 5% of the offered amount as Pay Order / Cashier Cheque in favour of Bank AL Habib Limited. Tenders may be sent by registered post or submitted in person.

- Last date for submission of bids: 2026-08-17. Tenders will be opened on 2026-08-18 and results will be announced on the same day.

- Successful bidders must pay the remaining 95% within seven (7) days along with applicable Advance Tax & Sale Price. If the bidder fails to pay, the earnest money (5%) will be forfeited and the offer will be considered cancelled.

How to submit

- Seal the bid envelope and write "Bid for Gensets" on it. Address envelopes to:

Group Head IT & Administration Division, Center Point Building, Off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway, Near KPT Interchange Flyover, Qayyumabad, Karachi.

- Terms & Conditions printed on the Tender Form shall apply.

- Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

- Bank AL Habib Limited reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason, and to cancel the auction/sale process in whole or in part.
