GIK Institute Tender for Electronics Components, Conductive Inks, Chemicals, Polymers and Lab Consumables — Closing 2026-08-26

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure from manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers for the supply of electronics components, conductive inks, chemicals, polymers, lab instruments, accessories and general consumables on F.O.R. basis.

Eligibility & registration: Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, relevant tax authorities, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Fee & bid security: A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- and bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0 are required.

Submission instructions: Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available on the GIKI website and on PPRA/EPADS portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Scanned copies shall be uploaded to EPADS V2.0; original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time.

Other conditions: GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
