Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidding documents will be available from 2026-09-02 on the NHA e-bidding website. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026. e-Bids must be prepared following the Bidding Documents.

Submission and opening: e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-09-17 at 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
