The Balochistan Public Procurement Authority (BPPPA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for provision of financial, legal and litigation services on closed framework agreements without rates.
Key instructions: Only electronic bids will be accepted (no physical bids). Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility requires at least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, presence on the Active Tax Payer List, and the bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
