FBR Request for Bids — Framework Agreement for External Electrification of Digital Enforcement Stations (Phase-I, 10 Sites)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan.

Procurement Type: Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) — Request for Bids for Framework Agreement(s) for Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process).

Purpose: Procurement and installation of external electrification systems for Digital Enforcement Stations (DESs) at inland sites — Phase-I (10 sites). Framework agreement(s) will cover supply and installation works at the listed inland DES locations (Phase-I, 10 sites).

Eligibility & Requirements: Interested bidders must be appropriately registered and experienced firms for electrical/electrification works. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as required by the bidding documents. Bidding and qualification requirements, scope of work, and other instructions are contained in the bidding documents.

Submission & Collection of Documents: Bidding documents and further information are available from the Procurement Specialist, Program Office (PRBP) at FBR House, Islamabad. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents (one-envelope format).
